This class is for youths who are interested in learning to enhance their culinary skills. They will be introduced to topics such as kitchen safety and how to read a recipe correctly. They will also gain an understanding of healthy food choices and where our food really comes from.
Each 2 hour class will consist of a main dish accompanied by an appetizer, dessert or a homemade beverage. We will work as a team of chefs to prepare our delicious food and enjoy our culinary creations at the end of each class.
Each participant will receive their own cookbook with recipes.
Classes will foster independence in a safe, supportive home setting
Fresh, locally grown, organic ingredients will be used in our creations.
