Class 4) Green Garden Soup; Krispy Kale Chips; Sparkling Fresh Fruit Juice
Class 5) Oven Baked Vegetables in Individual Pouches; Secret Ingredient Cake; Fresh Lavender Lemonade
Class 6) What's in Season Surprise! The last class will be a taste testing using fresh, organic veggies that are in season and in full abundance from the local farms in our area.

Class 4) Wok Stir Fried Veggies in a Special Sauce; Rice noodles seasoned with fresh herbs; Banana Ice Cream

Introduction to the Plants on our Plate; Story and Discussion; Tasting of Various Fruits and Vegetables; Game--Guess the Plant Part?
Class 2) Tues. July 22 12:00-1:30 Learn about the parts of a plant; Story and Discussion; Tasting of Stems, Leaves, Roots and Shoots; Draw and label the parts of a plant
Class 3) Wed. July 23 12:00-1:30 Story and Discussion of how fruits and vegetables grow and where our food comes from; Tasting of Seasonal Fruits; Make Lavender Lemonade
Class 4) Thurs. July 24 12:00-1:30 Story and Discussion on foods and nutrition; Taste Test and "Rate the Food"; Make vegetable/fruit juice
Class 5) Fri . July 25 12:00-1:30 Story and Discussion about edible vs. inedible plants; Tasting with Edible Flowers; Compare and Contrast Tastes and Smells of Edible Flowers

Class Dates and Times:
Menu Planning -- We will use fresh, organic produce. Menu items will vary each week based upon what is in abudance locally.

Flexible Schedule based upon your own timeline.

Each Class will last approximately 2 hours and will be tailored to meet your individual needs.

Price: $160 for 6 classes
